Hope you are all having a good weekend so far! Today I wanted to show you not only my favourite green polish, but one of my favourite polishes full stop.
I bought this in my local Poundland, on a whim. I only really got it because it was matte, and I love a matte polish. However it is just stunning. A deep dark foresty green, with a finish that looks and feels like velvet. This is 2 coats.
Isn't it gorgeous? Unfortunately once again my pictures do not really do it justice, but you can get an idea of the beautiful colour and finish. It applies really easily, and dries very quickly, and I just love everything about it! What you can't see so well in the pictures is the delicate shimmer just below the surface that makes me sit and stare at my nails for ages!
Personally I much prefer to keep these polishes matte, but you can put topcoat over them, and it's like having a whole different polish! All the sparkle becomes much more visible.
Hopefully you can see it's a little darker, and the glitter and shimmer is more visible. I still prefer it matte though. I wouldn't use topcoat unless maybe I stamped over it? But I do like that it looks so different (in real life, I swear!), it's like having two polishes for the price of one.

Ohh I love this, I've never paid much attention to the polish in the pound stores but I think I'll have to have a quick look every now and again to see if this one is around :)
