UK Indies - Pocket Money Polishes January Collection

*These products were provided for review*

Greetings All!

Today I have swatches of the latest collection from Pocket Money Polishes. It seems like forever since the December Collection - almost two months, which isn't long at all really. I'm just always impatient to see what Charlie comes up with next! This month's collection is slightly smaller, with three polishes, but one especially is super fabulous!

Ready? Let's dive in!

I'll start with my favourite. This is Alien Like You, 2 coats over Collection 2000 Parma Violet (which is really indigo, but came out blue in these pictures. Lots of colour confusion!)

Look at that! It's freaking cosmic! The combination of circles and diamonds is brilliant, and the colours work so well together, especially with all the lovely holo goodness. I think this looks like outer space.

I also tried it over Barry M Gelly in Mango. I do have a habit of pairing PMPs with Gellys - I would like to think it's because I choose colours carefully, but it's probably because the bottles look a bit similar. I am a simple creature!

It looks really different over this bright orange! Still pretty amazing though.

Next up is Emmylou, which is pink, pastel and girly, so of course I love it (I'm sorry. I'm still trying to get used to liking pink polish)! Charlie always makes wonderful pastel mixes. This is 2 coats over Revlon Vintage.

And 2 coats over Barry M Gelly in Prickly Pear (Gelly again!).

Very, very cute, although I'm not sure if I'm 100% sold on the pastel shards - it's a strange juxtaposition between pastel and angular. I do like a shard though - maybe I'll come round to them!

Finally Bad Romance, a Valentinesque, hearty concoction. This is 2 coats over Revlon Cupid.

And 2 coats over Revlon Royal.

I'm not the biggest fan of bar glitter, but I really like these colours together, and they do sit quite well with the hearts and hexes.

As always, these polishes were easy to apply - barely any fishing/placement needed at all. I also really like the variety within this collection - there's something for everyone!

This collection is released on the 25th, and you can buy them here
