Greetings All!
As promised, here is the second part of my TarasTalons swatches. What can I say, I own a lot of her polishes! I even still have a few left to swatch lol.
This one is called BAU. This is 3 coats.
I'd noticed this one a few times, and I was surprised that no one else bought it! The blue and white are just perfect together - so clean looking. Tara also managed to get a white crelly base that still allowed the white glitter to be easily visible, and I'm really impressed by that! I did wonder if the glitter would disappear a little bit, but the base is just slightly off white enough to let them shine!
This one is called Dragon. 2 coats.
Love this. A slightly murky jade green, heaving with holographic gold glitter. Tara does these polishes really well - left alone, they're very textured, but add topcoat and they light up! This one is no different, and of course the photos do not capture the true sparkle.
Lastly, Faun. I think 3 coats.
I really like the colour combination in this one - teal and pink, instead of the more common red and blue, make it look quite 80s, I think. I really feel like Tara has perfected the crelly - I've got just a hint of vnl, and all the glitter is visible, and not covered up by the next coat. All her crelly polishes are like this, and I imagine it's quite a hard balance to strike! I have plenty of polishes where a third coat is needed, but it covers up the glitter from the first coat - not with Tara's!
You can buy TarasTalons polishes here (not these ones, because they are all unique!), and you can also check out her Facebook and website. She also sells nail art bits! I've bought quite a few items recently, but I haven't got around to using them yet!
I always forget this part, but you can use the code CAZZY20 to get 20% off your order!
Tomorrow - Pocket Money Polishes!
I love all of these especially the white with blue glitters!
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely isn't it? So soft and cool looking!
