Silver Scroll Style Stamping

Greetings All!

I do like a bit of alliteration - there's something weirdly satisfying about it!

I've been on a bit of a stamping kick recently, and although I am spoiled for choice for polishes that stamp, I keep coming back to my beloved Barry M Foils. They just stamp so perfectly; I've mentioned before that the Gold Foil actually stamps better than my Konad Gold!

Here is Barry M Silver Foil in action, with Jumbo Plate 8 from the new Cheeky collection, Princess Charming. The base is W7 Black.

I am so in love with my XL squishy stamper! After weeks of being too scared to use it, it has become an instant favourite, and I can't imagine going back to the (comparatively) harder rubber stampers.  This is some of the cleanest, crispest stamping I have ever done. It's still not quite perfect, but it's pretty close! I really like this stamp too - it's so swirly and ornate, just the type of stamp I like! Plus it's on the corner of the plate, which makes cleaning it up a little easier (hey, I'm lazy!).

I would definitely recommend this stamper. Maybe not for beginners, as it's a bit scary, all big and squidgy (the texture of it is horrible!), but I really feel that it has taken my stamping up a level. Plus it is so much easier to get the design to fit my wide nails, which is something I have struggled with using a normal stamper. You can see clearly on my thumb that I got full coverage - with my old stampers, there would have been a gap at the side.

I bought my stamper on eBay - it came from China and cost about £1.20-something, but they're available all over the internet.
