Greetings All!!
It's Friday! And I am on holiday from work until the 25th! Woot! I am going to paint my nails SO much.
Today is the third day/week of the extra relaxed 31 day challenge, hosted by Rambles of a Polish Addict. Here is a reminder of all the themes.
Today's theme is yellow. I'm really bad at thinking of things to do for these colour themes. It's easy to narrow down the polishes, but then what to do with them? My first thought was bananas. Banana nails? No. The second thing I thought was bees (I was working alphabetically lol) so I decided to go with that. Here are my bee nails!
Apologies for the awkward finger posing, but it's kind of an ensemble! Here we have a honey bee, taking nectar from the flower to the 'comb (how did Mary Poppins come into this?!). He's a little bit rubbish, but I think he's cute! I could have sworn I had a better honeycomb stamp, or some gold glequins I could have used, but I don't. It is still hexagonal though!
My base colour is Sally Hansen Salon Manicure Yellow Kitty. The little bee is OPI The It Color, Alpine Snow and W7 Black. The flower stamp is from my new DRK-B plate, and the hexagonal pattern is BM223, both stamped with Konad Black. The matte topcoat is from Asda.
Bee sure to check out everyone else's nails!
cute!!
ReplyDeletethese are so cute! I've been wanting to do bees myself, and haven't done it yet, haha. I'll have to soon!
